Please complete the form below. After we receive your information, we will call within a few days to confirm your event. To reserve your date, we also require at least a $50 deposit, which is due within 10 days. We accept credit card payments over the phone or you may make a payment online; simply follow the link on the next page after submitting this form. Or you may mail a check or money order if you would like.
After confirming your event details with Eric, you will be sent an information packet containing client agreements, and if your interested, a list of games to choose from. We will then require a completed contract agreement and at least a $50 deposit to reserve your date. The contract and deposit are due within 10 days after receiving your information. Your deposit amount will be deducted from your balance. The remaining balance is then due on the day of your event, but may be paid anytime before your event.
